  During my tenure at Growth Energy, I elevated my Operations and Events position twice in four years as I continued to deliver exception results and display an acute sense of strategic and operational opportunities that helped grow the association's membership and outward-facing profile. As a member of the Senior Management Team, I worked closely with the CEO on developing and implementing the organization's goals, strategies, and programs, and I built or redeveloped most of the internal business operations to support those strategic intiatives. As events director, I had a strong hand in growing the the membership and organization by overhauling most aspects of the two annual conferences and increasing sponsorship 125% over 3 years. And as the first dedicated HR staff on board, I created an in-house HR program that led to higher productivity, a stragetic- and action-oriented culture, and a record decrease in turnover.
