For half a year I had the pleasure to do a graduation internship at Kitty's new innovating design studio: Studio-VIX. I am amazed about the passion and hard work she is putting into the business and the innovating product that are already on the market. She has an incredible amount of experience in product development and she taught me a lot about the psychological impact of products and helped me a lot into becoming a product designer myself. She is an incredible teacher, manager and product designer but most of all, a great and fun colleague to work with. I wish Kitty the best with Studio-VIX and we will definitely stay in contact in the near future.

Kitty was my manager for 3 years and she created a very positive vibe in the NPD team. She started the NPD team and built it up to 18 people, all working in different disciplines in different projects. She monitored all development projects and supported all team members with the everyday issues and personal development. She is a great and supportive person with a positive attitude.
