I was lucky to have such a friendly manager in the UK team, who explained to us both the mentality and the culture of UK clients and provided a qualitative team onboarding. She piloted a team even from another country and during difficult times that the business was going through (Covid). Kitti is the most open person I know. Very easy to work with, always enthusiastic, and a good listener. The first thing that comes to my mind: she is very positive! Kitti easily finds an approach to everyone, responsible, proficient in business analysis and communication, and she is always ready to put extra effort! Even with a large customer Portfolio. She has admirable problem-solving skills. It was possible to come to her with a difficult client and Kitti, with all comprehension, immediately, implemented a solution in the best way for both sides. Her active position, good managing skills and ease of communication - are definitely those qualities that I would like to adopt and develop in myself!
