She has always tried to spur each of us to seek improvement by maintaining a pleasant and positive work environment. In fact, our team proudly followed and comprehended her decisions and her outstanding interpersonal skills were also very well appreciated among other departments of the hotel. Furthermore, her competences in foreign languages and in problem-solving played a key role in constantly raising customer satisfaction at our property. To sum up, Kitti is a very respected and experienced manager with an exceptional character and for sure an added value to any company.
