During the time I worked with Matthew I experienced first-hand his ability to multitask and his incredible attention to detail. Matthew was the main community manager and had a team of community ambassadors from all over the world. He was thorough in his briefing and managing of the ambassadors and community as a whole (over 15k members from around the world) He did not limit his responsibilities to the community as he also managed other wildly diverse aspects such as test net organization and budget management. Matthew will not stop until the project at hand has been completed successfully. He is patient and professional but is very strict when it comes to respecting other community members and admins. Although his work times are in Pacific time (US), he goes above and beyond to make sure that projects are managed regardless of the timezone.
