Since first working with Kit ~3 years ago, it’s been amazing watching Kit enrich and evolve her perspectives on how she can contribute to and ultimately improve people’s lives through inclusion. Focused and level headed, Kit always finds time to spend with others to understand their needs and create solutions to improve things. Someone who can mentor and coach at a macro and micro level. Her entrepreneurial spark enables Kit to flex between solving for immediate ‘smaller’ issues, whilst finding pathways to solve for some of the biggest challenges that exist, impacting people, in and out of employment, on a daily basis. Kit forges strong relationships quickly and can identify qualities in people fast, allowing her to build teams, whose members uphold the same values as her and who also believe and buy into Kit, her strategy and vision. All of this supports Kit’s approach to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community. Need help? Look her up and get in contact.
Rachel Neaman
Kit is an energetic, passionate and tenacious individual with a genuine commitment to diversity and equality. She founded Mindweaver to support underrepresented groups to gain the skills they need to help businesses fill the ever-increasing skills gap in technology. She is articulate, professional, understands the needs of both the individuals she supports and the companies she works with, and gets excellent results. I have no hesitation in warmly recommending her to organisations – public or private – who genuinely want to improve both their diversity profile and their in-house skills.

The African Diaspora Economic Inclusion Foundation (ADEIF) was registered as a charity on 29th November, founded by bestselling author and Managing Director of HR rewired, Shereen Daniels. Our ground-breaking charity works to specifically address issues of economic inequality for members of the African Diaspora, in particular supporting and uplifting African heritage female entrepreneurs and business-owners. Through providing grants and hosting events, we provide both financial and non-financial support to help viable African Diasporic businesses to thrive. Lack of access to finance, funding and network are consistent challenges affecting women business owners. These issues are exacerbated for Black women who face exclusion because of both gender and race and ADEIF exists to help remove those barriers. Show less
