  I managed a large caseload of young people, aged 15-17 years, with pre-existing mental health diagnoses or who had been experiencing difficulties during the summer programme, such as Anxiety, Depression, Self-Harm or Suicidal thoughts. I supported and empowered the frontline staff to support young people; suggesting appropriate activities, organised regular check-ins and provided briefings and signposting to long-term support options. On some occasions, I was asked to provide direct support to young people when frontline staff did not feel able to do so themselves.
