I have successfully implemented a transgenic antibody discovery platform for generating human antibody therapeutics. Applied molecular biology and analytical techniques (e.g., transfection, dynamic light scattering), immunology expertise in B cell biology, in vivo imaging to further advance and improve the transgenic antibody discovery platform. Highly skilled and organized in managing multiple antibody discovery projects independently and, collaboratively, as a wider team. Management of Home Office Project Licence (PPL) and also holding valid Home Office Personal Licence for performing in vivo experiments. Show less

Worked at the Chemokine Research Group to look into the roles of chemokine receptors in immune regulation, inflammation, lymphatic vasculature, embryonic development and placenta. Developed substantially extensive experimental skills in multi-colour flow cytometry, molecular biology, imaging, bioinformatics (bulk RNA-seq), and in vivo mouse models (immunology / inflammation research).Through successful completion of different research projects, I have developed sound communication skills in delivering complex information to the professional audience and lay people. Ubiquitin signalling in immune cells, inflammatory diseases and embryonic development. I applied a combination of bioinformatics (e.g., mass cytometry, single cell RNA-seq), biochemical assays, molecular biology and in vivo mouse models (different transgenic strains) to dissecting the novel roles of ubiquitin signalling in regulation of the immune system and embryonic development. I was also a good team player, who exceled in working on different research projects (e.g., immune environment in tumours in a mouse syngeneic model) with team members. Lab management: Wrote regulatory paperwork/documents for applying for amendments to UK Home Office Project License for performing scientific procedures in mice Show less
