  I lead the Ideas Fellowship, a project-based pursuit of ideas at Crystal Springs Uplands School. The Fellowship is an academic course open to high-school seniors. We seek to answer the questions, "How do you develop an idea that has the potential to enhance the lives of individuals or impact a community?" and "How do you turn that idea into a reality?" The Ideas Fellows acquire the tools to carry an idea from inception to impact by searching for and discovering needs, developing a range of ideas that can be the source of solutions, and sharpening the ideas by bringing them into the public sphere and iterating.
