  I had the opportunity to lead a team of three on a project focusing on reduction of fresh water withdrawal and water recycling procedure at their Concrete plants. We developed an integrated water recycling system to be implemented at all their concrete plants which would aim in increasing the productivity and efficient water recycling. Also, upon our investigation and research we conducted a comparative study of different plants based on key factors such as productivity and fresh water use. The results were published and showcased to the senior management. The system that we designed and developed was installed at one of their concrete plants and it saved 50MLD of water annually. This inturn saved huge sum of money as well as were in tune with their corporate policy of "zero tolerance". Show less
