Boiler,bunker along with BOP packages like Compressed air system,Misc Tanks,Fuel oil System 2X660MW Maitree Thermal Power Plant,Rampal,Bangladesh 2X660 MW ,2100TPH boiler(255kg/cm2,568deg) once through supercritical boiler including structure,pressure parts,ducts,critical piping,Aux. Boiler along with BOP packages like Compressed air system,Misc Tanks,Fuel oil System at 2X660MW Suratgarh TPP,Rajsthan,India.Completed Citric Acid cleaning & Steam blowing of U#1 boiler.Completed the HT of all power cycle piping systems 1x 21 MW HRSG with supplementary firing(80TPH, 69kg/cm2,497 deg.C) iclusive of structure,pressure parts,ducting,boiler integral ppng and off base GT ppng including Fuel systems,DM,CW,Feed water systems,steam systems along with relative IBR formalities. 1X250MW(at 170 Kg/ cm2 (g) pr. & 540deg.C) tangential fired, two pass ,balance draught, single reheat Coal fired Boiler (810TPH) inclusive of structural works, pressure parts ,coal piping,FO systems,ducting(FD fan to APH,PA fan to APH,APH to windbox,Hot PA to mill APH to BOF,BOF to EP,EP to ID fan ,ID fan to chimney. Piping(power cycle piping including MS,CRH,HRH,Feed water system & aux steam systems,TG integral piping,SG integral piping, insulation including castable & pourable refractories, IBR field formalities including material inspection,welder test,RT UT inspection, drawing approvals etc 4.
