Management (in absence of Head Concierge) • Establish and maintain effective employee relationship • Close follow up on the monthly budget for the department and ensure they are met and /or exceeded • Conducts, under the guidance of the Head Concierge such functions as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, on-the-job performance, coaching, counseling • Up-selling of the Resort services like the sale of Limousine services and excursions.
