 Responsible for handling Production and planning activities with optimum utilization of resources such that the overall cost for operation is reduced.  Daily quick morning meeting with GM, Manager and AM about yesterday’s production and how it can be solved so that production should not suffer and making today’s plan.  Working as a Circle leader to implement TPM at production shop floor and managing all datas in Circle Board. ( Include Daily Production, OEE, CC, NCI, Accident,5S, Cell layout )  Presenting quarterly circle review ( PQCDSM ) which shows overall data of shop floor.  Responsible for making scrap analysis, Why-Why analysis for any defect generation, tool breakage, low production and high scrap PPM.  Making of KAIZENS, Q- Components, Pokayokes, JH Standards and OPL.  Daily review of Planning sheet and doing set up for different parts.  Knowledge of basic 6 sub system like nuts & bolts, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electrical system, lubrication system, and transmission system to carried out autonomous maintenance (JH).  Study and analysis of 16 losses, 7 JH step,7 Abnormalities of Equipment, AR, PR & QR and from that deriving OEE.  Giving training to operators as and when required.  Doing daily process audit of the whole process so that can work in direction of zero defect, zero customer complaint and full safety.  Daily Co-ordinating with quality department for any quality defect whether it is passable or not and clearance of any NCI.  Co-ordinating with CFT for increasing the Overall Efficiency of Equipment (OEE).  Maintaining reports ( IPIR & FPIR ) of every Sample or part number.  Involving in any NPD & PPAP for new parts or parts shifted from another department.  Awakening ownership feeling in every operators and motivating and making reward skims for them so that overall target of company is also achieved and making win-win situation.
