      Conducted a thorough research to study and recommend solutions on the Performance Management System (PMS) of Akhuwat which involved: * Interviewing employees of all levels and identifying current PMS with special emphasis on goal setting, feedback and succession planning. * Identifying gaps and problems leading to ineffective employee management and higher turnover. * Designing appraisal forms, induction forms, feedback schedules and succession planning metrics from scratch. * Recommending the higher management to implement our proposed solutions for effective PMS. Currently working on the same project on a larger scale as MBA Business Research Project. The scope has been extended to incorporate a well-functioning PMS of The Telenor Bank and analyzing the possibility to transfer the best practices to Akhuwat keeping in view the nature of work, employees, culture, operations, market size etc. Also conducted a research on Recruitment and Selection process of the Kinnow Factory Sargodha.
