Jeba Sithamparanathan
Since joining Bluestep in October 2016 Kirupa started working in the Collection department where he developed different models in order to streamline the processes to achieve better efficency. He quickly became a key person and a «go-to-guy» in the Company and everyone in the bank benefitted from his technical, analytical and creative abilities. In January 2018 he was promoted to the Risk department as a Risk management analyst. At all times he's been extremely professional and diligent and has good all round analytical skills. He has consistantly managed to balance his creative drive within a strict legal/regulatory environment. Overall he's made a great contribution to Bluestep from 2016 to precent. It was a pleasure to work with Kirupa and see him develop and I would love to work with him again in the future.
