  My job there was to assist the Project Manager.As we were in the Gifting and Merchandising Industry, every part of the project was crucial to make the client experience great. I was responsible for getting the sample made for the Project so we have an idea about the final product, then helping in coordinating with the purchase vendors, I used to do follow ups and other coordinations. Then comes the customization part, I also helped in finalizing the customization of the product and getting it done. I also managed the whole shipping part of the Project, under which I had to manage the Packaging, keeping a check on Quality, maintain the timelines of the shipping, along with the unique delivery details of each Parcel.I used to manage the whole process as a second hand to the manager while keeping the quality and timelines in the check and maintaining the data for the whole process.Along with this I used to manage all the small day to day work like handling the Instagram, helping the Admin department, Packaging innovations, Even loading the material.
