For example - taking Clearscore contribution to monthly volumes from £500k to £2.5M. - Negotiated commercials with partners that rewarded growth to both parties. - Led the force in direct integration with partners which was key to substantial growth - Grew direct marketing from a contribution of £200k per month to £2.5M. - Negotiated an unprecedented TV deal with Sky that enabled TV to be an effective and scalable acquisition channel (first Advertiser in the UK to buy directly from Sky). - Grew digital channels from £0 contribution to monthly volumes to £1M. - Worked with other internal departments to improve the unit economics of the business.
