  While working with RTG, I was one of the main members of the team tasked with designing all creative assets. This included 6-9 labels, package design, sales aids, marketing material, apparel, social media assets and website design. I also helped to manage vendors and create vendor relations for the apparel and stationery, working alongside the operations and sales department to create several assets that could be used within the marketplace.   While with Bai, I gained ample experience in several aspects of the design business. In Design, I used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint, Excel and KeyNote to create multiple graphics, planograms and sales tools. I also gained experience working and building relations with print shop owners and vendors to stay on strict deadlines. Often, I created and installed vinyl projects with both regular and frosted window variations. These installation projects often spanned over 12 feet. Hand-painted murals also were added to my plate, painted while on a lift 10+ feet in the air. While there, I also got to work with the in-house photographer on several commercial and advertisement shoots, learning about product photography and studio lighting. I worked as an Intern from September - December 2015, continuing on to Part-time work through April 2018.
