      I am responsible for the full portfolio of Ostomy education for Hollister Ltd and Dansac.As part of the marketing team I am responsible for the strategy, course development and then on to delivery. I work with the Clinical specialists, various events teams as well as colleagues to ensure the smooth running of local, national and international event.I am the go to person for the delegates and work with external organisations in order to ensure accreditation of the courses and also gain an understanding of their processes and procedures this enables a good working partnership.I have an understanding and ability to use/modify and train the students on the relevant external IT (University Portals). I train/present to the healthcare professionals during their courses.I also present internally to the senior management team and field staff to keep all areas of the business abreast of what is going on in 'Education'

This built on my skill set. Following on fro SAP we migrated to SalesForce.com where I was part of the project team again.On leaving the customer service team I had a very good understanding of all of the functions within that role and still use that knowledge and the learnt skills today.
