I am a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for both strategic and operational planning and delivery of all contracted services in line with Trustee expectations and the Strategic Plan.I am responsible for the operational contract management of the full range of Caer Las services through an extended management structure. I represent the organisation at a range of policy development/consultation and lobbying forums and regularly liaise with professional and trade bodies to ensure that our particular organisational and sector interests are represented. I have responsibility for a number of additional corporate functions including tendering and business growth, organisational sustainability, service quality and compliance as well as the health and safety function within the operational portfolio.I deputise for the CEO where appropriate and am responsible for reporting to Board and sub groups, commissioners, partners and other stakeholders.
