Often involved in handling issues and managing complaints that had arisen, whilst still striving to exceed set targets. The role required both excellent team work to achieve store and regional targets but also the ability to take the initiative and work independently to achieve personal goals. This is the role that I have most enjoyed. It involved screening CV’s for graduate recruitment schemes within Lloyds Banking Group and Jaguar-Land Rover. It also involved conducting telephone interviews and assessing potential candidates. The role was fast paced and enjoyable and helped me to improve upon a wide set of skills. Supervisor

My first part-time job. I was promoted to the role of supervisor after a year and a half of working for the company. This required excellent organisational and leadership skills. I was often left in charge of the shop floor which meant I had to ensure up to 20 members of staff knew what they should be doing and motivate them to do more. During my time as a supervisor my leadership time management skills improved phenomenally. My first part-time job.
