I have known Kirsty since 2013. Having worked closely with Kirsty, I found her to be a very efficient, competent and knowledgeable member of the team. She has the vision and foresight to assess situations and formulate and carry out appropriate plans and actions. Kirsty is passionate about advocating for people who are more vulnerable and she is keen to add to her many skills to enable her to do this. I found Kirsty to be a very pleasant, friendly colleague who would always offer help or support where needed.
