As STEM Engagement Manager at Success4All, I have focused for a number of years on devising, developing and delivering STEM educational programmes for a range of settings. These programmes primarily focused on bringing practical, creative, enquiry-based activities to primary age pupils in school classrooms and in the community through after-school clubs and summer holiday projects. I have been involved in every aspect of the process, including creating new school and business partnerships and regularly securing funding through grants and corporate sponsorship.

Part-time job working in disadvantaged areas of Newcastle to provide safe after school clubs and learning hubs for children aged 7-15. My role involves running three different clubs, encouraging children to learn coding skills to make interactive games and animations. Part of my job includes training and managing 4 code club volunteers and recruiting new volunteers. It is important I am able to support the children intellectually, emotionally and socially every week, and help my assistant volunteers to fulfill their roles.
