As Associate Athletic Director for Marketing & Media Relations at North Dakota State University, I supervised Kirstin in her role as a Marketing Intern. During her time as an intern in the athletic department, Kirstin completed a variety of tasks. Kirstin was heavily involved with marketing planning and execution. She was responsible for the coordination of our Junior Bison program, which has over 200 active members. After the departure of the department's Director of Marketing, Kirstin assumed all day-to-day operations of the marketing department. In the fulfillment of her duties, Kirstin proved to be assertive, creative, task orientated and has displayed excellent communication and time management skills. Also, in getting to know Kirstin it is evident she is very hard worker, who is goal orientated and career minded.
