In my time working with Kirstie, she continually demonstrated her abilities to take ownership of team and lead that them to success on a daily basis. As a dispatcher, she exhibited clear, and efficient planning under duress, in times of high call volume. She was able to balance ensuring patients were properly triaged and her crews were fairly tasked.
