Kirstie is working under Sustainability Policy & Compliance Division, reporting to Sustainability & Strategic Stakeholders Engagement. She is responsible for data collection, elaboration, copywriting, and presentation of the Quarterly Reports, Semester Reports, Annual Report and Sustainability Report for Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) Ltd. and PT SMART Tbk. The reports focus in General, Economic, Environmental Conservation (HCV, HCS, riparian zone, non/hazardous waste, water & carbon footprint, SPO certification), and Sustainable Development (Community Development, CSR, Social Impact Assessment) disclosures throughout all business operations (Upstream, Downstream, Supporting) using Data Collection Tool as per GRI Standards and POJK No 51/POJK.03/2017 requirements.She is also responsible for the proofreading and data management for environmental audits and reports for plantations (nucleus and plasma) and certification (RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, UNGC). She is continuously keeping GAR Social and Environmental Policy (GSEP) to be professionally presented in each respective publications under her duty.Her responsibilities also include the preparation, data collection, elaboration, copywriting, proofreading, and presentation of: 1. GAR Carbon Disclosure Projects (CDP) Reports for Climate Change, Forest, and Water Security FY 2018, 2019, 2020.2. GAR Dow Jones Sustainability Index Reports FY 2018, 2019.3. Sustainalytics Reports FY 2018, 2019.4. Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) - Annual Communications of Progress (ACOP) Reports FY 2018, 2019, 20205.
