It turns out that small things can make a huge difference. Even cooler, it turns out that a collection of those small things can quickly snowball into really big things. We were aiming for awesome when we engaged Kirsten to help us look at how we can approach things differently. She helped us reveal some small obvious things at first and then armed us with the tools to courageously look at the things we were used to doing by default with a much wider view. Her coaching methods come with fun built in which cultivates a safe environment. With that in place, we were able to dig out a creative element from our folks and have come up with ideas that have started to snowball into bigger things already. The communal learnings from Kirsten’s sessions have expanded our perspective of how to improve our whole team dynamic. It’s also been a pile of fun feeling the shift in our team psyche that will continue to evolve us into the next version of awesome.
