Hold $10,000 facility keys. * Resolve staff and patron conflicts while upholding company policies relating to risk management, proper attire, guest policies, and facility functions. * Created a 112 page comprehensive resource manual for Operations Supervisors that contains all departmental expectations, troubleshoots common issues, how-to lists, facility maps, and SharePoint instructions. Also included are risk management policies covering active shooter, inclement weather, first-aid, and fire scenarios. * Ensure the safety of 2,000 patrons daily by finding and resolving facility issues with Physical Plant and maintain the chlorine and hydrochloric acid in pools. First responder with first aid, AED, and CPR certification. * Responsible for daily fiscal counts and keeping $200 in registrar with excess change in safe.
