The program is a year long and is designed for high potential, high performing associates recently in a people leader role or being considered for one. The program covers budget planning, communication skills, learning about your individual leadership style, how to present well to an executive audience, how to attract and develop talent, and more. The program also involves immense amounts of teamwork because the participants are part of a group project with a final presentation associated with it. Kirsten’s final group presentation was one of the best out of all of the groups. Her and her team showed that they truly worked together to bring forward the best result for the audience. She is level headed and provided great insight on our topics throughout the program. It was a pleasure having her in the program.
