I was a franchisee for Gymi, Fitness Club for kids and youngsters. As an owner of GymiHerttoniemi my responsibilities and role included marketing, selling, teaching sports, customer service, administration duties and day-to-day operations. I increased the loyal customer base from 0 to 500, which is excellent in this size of business. I was able to triple the profit in 2012-2013 season compared to the one before. As a first franchisee of the Gymi franchising chain, I was strongly involved in building the brand. I executed marketing events and produced local campaigns for schools, day-care centers and associations.
