Helping organizations adopt self-service business intelligence, data visualization & exploration software, Watson Analytics.Think of Watson Analytics as setting a search engine on top of your data. It lets you control, visualize and explore your data with the use of natural english language text. You can simply ask a question about your data using the words and thoughts you would have in a business sense matched with the keywords and variable names in your tables. Watson Analytics breaks down the barrier for entry for complex, fast data visualization and even is able to provide predictive insights. Not only that, but through partnerships with Twitter, Facebook and other third party social networks, users can perform in-depth social media analytics around topics or themes and even get a sense of sentiment. • Product Specialist, Summit Program
      • Jul 2015 - Mar 2016

Over the course of a 9-month period, I was educated on all of the solutions and capabilities IBM offers to its clients in an elite internal training school known as the IBM Summit Program. Throughout this time, I was introduced to the business inside and out and underwent multiple world renowned professional training programs, including but not limited to; IBM Global Sales School, IBM Services & Solutions Top Gun, IBM Software Solutions Top Gun and IBM Communicate for Impact. What stands out to me the most is IBM's dedication to utilizing analytics, keeping mobility in mind and managing security in everything it touches. IBM as an organization understands that data is a new form of currency and that planning it, managing it, and utilizing it is imperative to uncovering insights and to the continued growth and efficiency of any organization. Thanks to this training I am now better suited to utilize my passion for entrepreneurship and technology for helping businesses grow by utilizing the latest and greatest technologies. Show less

Very gratefully was held responsible for assisting guests visiting Minneapolis for the first time while also being a fairly new guest to the city myself. It was a great welcome to living in the big city. I worked with many other assistants to help properly manage this hotel that happened to offer a large indoor waterpark, multiple large event spaces, hotel, restaurant, bar, and indoor skating rink. It was a one-of-a-kind hotel experience to say the least. I checked people in, checked them out, and checked up on them throughout their entire stay. Show less

I helped manage the entire property during operational hours. I sometimes worked alone from 3-11pm while operations were at 70% occupancy. I assisted guests in finding their way around Rochester, and did my very best to ensure guests had the best possible experience while visiting Rochester, Minnesota and the TownePlace Suites. Many guests were long-term guests in town for Mayo Clinic (medical) reasons. I helped manage the entire property during operational hours.
