I hired Kirk to the role of National Account Manager in O2 Health. At interview I was impressed by his knowledge of the pharma sector and his ability to demonstrate a strong track record. In role Kirk worked was excellent at identifying and forming the right relationships in the sector. His ability to connect with and influence at C level enabled the conversation to be moved away from commodity to transformation. He was therefore able to not only deliver on objectives but map against and inform the longer term strategy from the bottom up. As a manager i found Kirk refreshing and pleasure to work with. His experience helped me become a better at my role.
