As an HR professional, and coming from someone not in HR, Kiran is an incredibly real person which I have found incredibly refreshing. In her work, she is highly motivated, thorough, confident and hardworking. She's not afraid to tackle the areas she has had less experience in, as she sees these challenges for the growth potential they offer her. This results in a very positive and proactive approach, and her attitude to her work rubs off on those around her. This, coupled with her understanding and personable nature, makes Kiran a formidable, inspiring and influential leader. It has been my privilege to have been under the influence of Kiran's drive for excellence and, I would like to think that I have reciprocated in helping shape her understanding of forecasting. If I had the chance, I would gladly work with Kiran again, as I can see the benefit of the positive influence she has on business, her team and the wider employee network.
