• Sion: To identify the behavior and tackle the problems of Poly-carbonate material exterior parts on different loads along with solar modules during integration. Connection strategies for proper stiffness and handling all the suppliers and institutes who were supporting in development. • Commercial vehicle: Dynamic and thermal simulation on different exterior parts of different vehicles. • Material data measurements: The nonstandard material data are limited so each material used are measured for temperature dependent data. • PVL simulation: PVL is a stack of 6 to 9 layers of different material and has different properties and has to be tested with different loads to understand the behavior. Creating the CAE models to understand the PVL behavior. • MCU Simulation: Thermal simulation of the MCU developed to compare the results with test and improve the design. • Scrum: Adopting sprint and scrum values for greater management in the team. • Testing and DVP: Tests are developed and done for better approximation of simulation and understanding of all the parts and its performance.
