  • Build BOM (Bill of Materials) – Develop step-by-step hierarchical stages for every new job and then assign machine, raw material, and labour to those individual stages and then calculate the total cost of production. This BOM will act as the main source of information for every stage of production.• Product Testing – Conduct COF test, Probe test, and Tensile test on various films to calculate their average physical properties.• Process Capability Analysis – Compare and analyse the testing results of the new jobs. These results will be further used to develop technical data sheets for our products.• Material Analysis- This process is conducted when a choice must be made between two different materials. A complete visual property analysis and physical property analysis of the films made with these materials are conducted.• Production responsibility – To set up, troubleshoot and operate several of our plastic manufacturing machines and to produce laminated and slit products in line with our customer expectations and against our key performance objectives and metrics.• Health & Safety– Participate actively in our H&S walk and risk assessments to improve H&S on-site and to achieve our OSH goals.• Skill Training Matrix- Develop a skill training matrix that enables the systematic growth of new trainees.• Training new team members.
