  PROJECTS & BRIEF DESCRIPTION: 1. Magic Breeze - Pooja Crafted Homes Location: Neknampur Rd, Alkapur Township, Hyderabad, (T.S.) 500075. This project is a residential precast structure (Cellar+Stilt+10 floors). 2. Amazon Data Centre (HYD 101 and HYD 121). Contractor name: TATA Projects Limited. Location: Fab City Road Meerkhanpeth Hyderabad (T.S.) 501509. This is a steel-framed structure but the outer wall panels for the data hall and office buildings are precast concrete wall panels. Precast concrete wall panels are up to heights 20m, 16m, 14m, 8m, and 6m respectively. 3. Vertex Bougainvillea Location: Bowrampeth Hyderabad 500043. This project has a series of 65 villas (Gated community). It mainly includes the design of the G+2 building of two different plans namely the East and West villa. 4. Vasavi Urban project Location: Beside VNR Vignanjyothi College, Bachupally, Hyderabad, (T.S) 500090. This project consists of 12 towers of 23 floors. MIVAN shuttering is used to speed up the project. Out of 12 towers 9 towers are designed by the company. 5. DRDO Project. Location: Mayur Vihar New Delhi. This project has 3 towers of G+8 and G+4 at different locations in New Delhi. This is a precast as well as MIVAN shuttering structure. 6. SREC Library Building Project. Location: Ananthsagar(V),Hasanparthy(M),Warangal-506371,Telangana, India. This project is a completely Precast Structure. This building has 2 floors, Main Library at the bottom floor and Classrooms and Seminar hall on first floor. 7. My Home Precast Office Building. Location: Tellapur, Hyderabad 502032. This structure is 2 story Precast building. Having completely precast elements of a longer span of about 10 meters. 8. Vertex 33 West (Ongoing). Location: Nallagandla Hyderabad. This is a Highrise building having 30 floors. Having a podium floor above the basement. MIVAN shuttering is going to be used in this project. 9.
