Kiran is the person you take along with you when there is a battle to be won. The battle could be a Sev One outage in the wee hours of the morning due to a Firewall failure, a sudden visit by a client CIO that needs to be managed, a client pitch that needs Technology validation or a Data Center that needs to be designed and setup. Kiran will do it all and do it really well. His ability to build teams that stick together through the years is uncanny. Many have grown through their careers with Kiran's guidance while working with him. Most important, he brings in a high level of transparency and trust which makes it very easy to work with him.
