I've had the oppurtunity to work with Kiran Kulkarni for a relatively brief period of 8 months. On coming to know him as a friend and a colleague I have understood him as a dependable, strong and dedicated Engineer. One amazing fact that I have noticed in him is his ability to manage large group of workers under him without raising his voice one bit. I had seen Engineer's, including myself struggling to have the employees work at times during the night shift (basically bcoz of the poor compensation packages we had), while when he's on duty they just came after him like the children following the Pied piper. Not just his ability to manage people, but also his practical understanding of the works and identifying solutions needs commendation. Last but not the least, he was a great mentor and friend who I always remember as being very dependable and hardworking.
