•Facilitate and arrange meetings and room bookings, related to the management of the patient pathway •Use Trust IT systems and CSU databases to ensure relevant and appropriate patient information is entered and captured. •Monitor and manage clinic and theatre lists for review by consultants, passing actions to Booking Coordinators and issues that cannot be resolved to the CSU Manager •Co-ordinate and process clinical staff holiday requests and sick leave ensuring relevant activity is cancelled. •Monitor my own workload to ensure that CSU Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to my role are being met, or escalated to my manager if performance is below required level. •First point of contact to patients.
