Kira is one of a kind and it was a true pleasure to have her on our sales team at Catalyst Ranch. I have rarely worked with someone who is so dedicated to doing her best at every turn. She is a fast learner and thinker, has high aspirations and is focused on the task at hand. Our office was often chaotic, as it is in hospitality and event planning on the regular, but Kira never took her eye off the ball and was able to thrive in that environment. In just a couple of years time (after being promoted from our operations staff) she became the lead client services manager and lead the team to the second highest gross revenue total in a 17 year history. And she did it while helping to coach and integrate 2 new sales people.
