  In charge of station running while on duty.Safety crictical role, safety of passengers and staff, train running time, dealing with delays when disruption due to adverse weather, emergency incidents.Laison with other TOC's that use our station Drivers Guards. Dealing with the tennents on the station.Dealing with contractors any faults that need reporting, safety briefs.Managing the team effectivly , people management, making sure shifts are covered,personnal problems.Customer service, dealing with disabled customers, complaints, lost property, 1st aider, trained to use defib ,announcing ,timesheets,stores orders, 1st class lounge and 1st class customers.I am the Community Champion for Wolverhampton and deal with local charities and helping the local community in any way we can, including schools visiting, collections and many other thingsAny major incidents on the railway we are trained to deal with..I am also part of the Incident Care Team for 1st response in any incidents.
