  Worked full time during the summers of 2020 and 2021, working 45-55 hours per week. I worked to exceed customer expectations involving cleanliness and attention to detail. Communicated with clients to layout a clear list of their request and expectations. Worked hard and well under various circumstances ranging from cold rains days to 12 hours of 90+ degree heat. I was selectively placed on Crews in which team morale and relations were low, usually because of a difficult employee. The company owner referred to me as the Chameleon in which she could count on me to form a positive relationship with whomever she placed me with no matter how difficult the employee.
