In 2016 Ukrtower finalized a deal and bought 840 objects from other telecom operator. Additionally to the existing operational activities, the main tasks were received from stakeholders: integrate all these new facilities to the Ukrtower network from technical and legalization points of view and the second one was to find ways to keep the same cost of services for our customers in a situation of a total increase the cost of construction.During this period I managed our internal CAPEX and OPEX budgets of over 30M USD, as well as our service projects budget for operators of over 10M USD. Under my responsibility were 18 contractors, 10 material suppliers and a highly experienced team of 30 employees. Ukrtower created new quality standards for towers and indoor systems on the market, which are highly appreciated by our clients. - Developing and implementation of the Company strategy;- Startup of new projects;- Management of cooperation with mobile operators (customers);- Developing relations with operators in order to continue good and strong cooperation;- Company representations in negotiation with state organizations and landlords;- Carrying out risk assessment/analysis and management;- Business development supporting;- Participation in the tender, preparation of commercial and technical proposals;- Develop CAPEX\OPEX budget and utilization control;- Internal projects full cycle delivery;- Identifying resources and assigning responsibilities. In April of 2011 I received invitation to join into start-up project of the Turkcell group in Ukraine – the Ukrtower company.The main business idea was to provide infrastructure rent services to mobile operators. I attended the company in the position of Project manager in-building system. However, at the initial stage I was responsible for business development, procurement activities as well. Within our first year the business model was updated to local market conditions; technical and quality requirements for materials and services were drafted; contracts with suppliers and service providers were signed; and the first contracts with clients were concluded. At the end of 2011 the first in-building system was implemented and rented to mobile operators. During 2012-2014 Ukrtower took a leading position in this business.When the permanent structure of the project was created, I focused on new projects. In 2012 we started to supply rollout services. In 2014 Ukrtower started to implement renewable energy projects, such as rent of wind measurement towers and development of its own PV power plant. The most challenging task of the position was to convince operators to change their behavior and start to rent telecom infrastructure instead of owning it.- Startup of new projects;- Build and maintain a business relationship with customer’s managers;- Development of technical requirements for the startup project;- Technical support of tender for selecting outsource companies;- Implementation of Technical supervision in rollout process;- Project budget preparation and control;- Budget risk control during project;- Rollout risks control;- Perform negotiations on project activities with customer;- Company representations in negotiation with state organizations and landlords.
