   Assisted in the administrative work of Youths Got Talent 2016 which invited more than 15 individuals or group performers with different ethnicity  Interacted with the youth to demonstrate warmth and love to them, in hopes of being the supporter who is willing to listen and overcome the difficulties with them  Maintained the daily operation of Youth Unit, including the arrangement of teachers of various interest class, promotion of the class and recruitment of students  Helped to Co-organize with other community parties to encourage the youth to have involvement in community service, like Hong Kong Clean Up  Outreached to different organizations.
