Naast een veranderopdracht bij een opdrachtgever wordt er een opleidingsprogramma gevolgd bestaande uit trainingen (bv. digitaliseren, design thinking en gedragsverandering in de praktijk), intervisie en coaching. Research-intern lifestyle in psychiatry

An unhealthy lifestyle plays a major role in the development of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and contributes to a shortened lifespan of up to 10-20 years in patients with a severe psychiatric disorder. This is why we make lifestyle-oriented treatment the norm within GGz Centraal. I test the effectiveness of this lifestyle-oriented treatment by interviewing patients about, for example, exercise, nutrition, quality of life, sleep and the implementation of the lifestyle treatment. I am actively involved in taking measurements, collaborating with nursing teams, data collection and research. - Final product: a report on the contextual factors (barriers and facilitators) that influence the sustainable uptake, adoption and implementation of the evidence-based lifestyle intervention in routine clinical practice.
