It's hard to encapsulate what Kim brings to the table professionally. I suppose if you took a massive corporate entity with endless business units and priorities and offered them the chance to astound their customer base, you would end up with the biggest hairball of jumbled chaos anyone could ever imagine. At this point you bring in Kim. She, like no one I have ever, and I mean EVER seen can take extreme complexity and somehow weave it into order and deliver a seamless experience. I worked with Kim for our large corporate trade show and just to imagine the workload to manage the content people, the facilities people, the AV people, the show staff people... I just get a headache thinking about it. Kim never flinched and coordinated it like she was directing a symphony orchestra. Truly amazing. The remarkable thing is that as just a small part of the event, I did have many questions for her both in planning and in execution and she somehow responded quickly and put out fires before they became big issues. I was not alone - everyone said she never left them hanging. This is remarkable because even for our event she must have been managing some 2,000 to 3,000 folks just on our side - the ones throwing the event, not to mention the ancillary functions. I don't think she'd ever need this for a job opportunity because her resume is amazing but had to tell my tale. Side note - she has the coolest boots ever in event history.

I've worked with Kim for a few years and when it comes to large Corporate Events and related strategic and logistical planning and execution, she is a real pro! Her attention to detail, organizational skills, communication and customer interfacing is outstanding. Our organization's representation and presence at these Events grows each year and most often, exceed expectations. I truly believe that because of her impact we get more customers and leads that ultimately contribute to our business growth.
