I hired Kimberly Sawyer when I was the Creative Services Manager at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, CA. She reported to me and we shared an office and worked closely together. She is a highly skilled and creative graphic designer who is also smart, funny, and conscientious. She was well liked by her co-workers and was very comfortable working independently and as a team member. I relied on her to create clever, effective, and appropriate designs that reflected the image and branding of a large, prestigious performing arts organization, and she did not disappoint. I enjoyed working with her, and I would hire her again without hesitation. I'm very happy to recommend her.

Kim Sawyer made a wonderful logo and graphic design template for Artist Magnet that helped us to get to where we are today!

As the in-house designer at the Colburn School, I worked closely with the Creative Services team to create all marketing materials as needed. I was responsible for creating the quarterly events calendar for the entire school, as well as department specific event advertising materials and evergreen information materials. These materials included: flyers, print ads, posters, postcards, schedules, brochures, studio signage, three-sheet display and all other marketing materials as needed. I was also responsible for creating the theme and graphics package for the annual fund-raising event including invitations, RSVP card, personal note cards, menu and bar menu cards, table top numbers, programs, posters, and CD packaging. I worked closely with the special events staff to ensure the theme was carried out by the catering staff and other event venders. Show less
