Kim's brain must have been supercharged. I don't know how she managed so many complex, sometimes ambiguous, projects and kept everyone on track while always being so calm and charming at all times. She was also the heart of the team. With team members across two continents in a hybrid environment, it could have been difficult to keep the team spirits lifted and everyone working smoothly together - she made it look easy. She's empathetic, thoughtful and highly organised. I will really miss working with her.
