I had the opportunity to work with Kimberly as she took on her first large program -leading the Medical Device Discovery Appraisal Program (MDDAP). She and I worked together on developing and piloting the concept. I was immediately impressed with her leadership skills and ability to manage complexity. This program required us to gain the support for the FDA, leading Medical Device manufacturers, and industry associations. She was quickly elevated to the role the program manager as a result of her uncanny ability to manage the commuting demands of these various constituents while keeping her eye on advancing the program and delivering impactful results. She has tremendous potential and tireless energy. I am a BIG fan.
