Michael Pitzner
I worked with Kim at Evolva - a Swiss biotech startup company where she played a key role in partnership search and evaluation, followed by establishing and maintaining these partnerships. As the head legal I worked closely with Kim in drafting the legal basis for the different types of relationships that she brought in. She was critical in the contracting phase in layering in Evolva’s as well as the partners’ requirements for a successful collaboration.
